Ren Xue and Yuan Qigong in Sonoma County

“The classes bring so much peace and calmness.” — B.C.

A Path for Uplifting Life

Yuan Qigong (yoo-en chee-gong) is a practice of gentle and graceful moving and still meditations that use the body, awareness, breath and Qi to bring about healing and positive transformation. The nine methods of Yuan Qigong form a comprehensive system that is designed to help rebalance life and offers a path for living in greater health and harmony with ourselves and the world. Regular practice supports increased energy and mental clarity, improves internal strength and stability, and provides a foundation for uplifting the consciousness. It is easy to learn and enjoyable to practice and benefits can be felt with as little as 20 minutes of practice a day. Yuan Qigong is safe, effective, and available to everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

Kind Words from Others

“Satya creates a wonderful qifield and leads class with a presence that is both engaging and calming. I feel more grounded and centered after her teachings.”

— V.L.

“Satya’s knowledge of and reverence for the practices came through clearly and I was able to receive a lot of helpful information in a short time. I would absolutely recommend her class to anyone seeking to deepen their practice.”

— T.I.

“What I love is that Satya is very patient with new folks, like me… I am not a natural athletic type person or dancer, so I have not found Yuan Gong easy to learn… Satya is kind, listens deeply, and patiently. She reassures me I will find my way. She makes a point of helping students correct their form if that is something the student expresses a desire for. She is never pushy in this though. She is able to answer a lot of beginner questions. Satya’s instruction is unique, skillful, aware. I so appreciate how she is helping me build my skill and confidence with Yuan Gong.”

— B.M.

“I wanted to let you know that the healing I received when talking with you, what you said, helped make the most enormous shift for me. From you loving heart and wise being…. Thank you for all the inner work that you do because it’s helped me so much.”

— J.S.

“This was an absolutely lovely, lovely practice. Before the practice, I had been feeling agitated with all of the uncertainty in the world today, and after the practice, I felt in a really good, healthy state.”

— P.A.

“Satya is a wonderful guide and holds the space for others lovingly and mindfully. She’s very skillful at her practice and her enthusiasm for it inspires.”

— H.A.

Working with Other Teachers

We had the incredible privilege of co-creating a Ren Xue retreat for beginners with Satya.

What stood out most was the loving, grounded and authentic manner in which she shared her knowledge and experience. Her warmth and genuine care created an environment where we felt supported and empowered to grow.

For anyone seeking to learn or deepen their practice of Ren Xue, we wholeheartedly recommend learning from Satya. Her guidance is a gift that continues to enrich our teaching journey, and we are confident it will do the same for others.
